Rental Policies

1. Our vacation rental properties all require a 25% to 50% deposit to hold the reservation.
2. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
3. No properties are rented to anyone under the age of 25.
4. All properties are NON-SMOKING and pet free.
5. Check in times are 3 p.m. and check out is 10 a.m. unless special arrangements have been made in writing by the management.
6. No weddings, large family reunions or parties are allowed on any of our properties.
7. Our cancellation policy is as follows - A full refund less our $100 cancellation fee on any property if we are able to re-rent that property to another guest. In the event that we are unable to re-rent the property, you may simply choose another time period to enjoy your vacation, within 1 year. No refunds are given due to adverse weather conditions, unless a government mandatory evacuation becomes effective*, but the same policy as above holds true and our guest may come at another available time period. Cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival date are subject to loss of any and all monies paid*.    *Please ask for details, some restrictions may apply.
