A whole mountain in Wears Valley for a lucky few home owners gives you the views and privacy you crave when exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.
Our home boasts 4 bedrooms with a full bathroom for each, (NO SHARING)! And if you don't need that many bedrooms, you can pay for just the ones you desire. Snuggle up before the fire on our comfy leather sofas or stroll out to one of the PRIVATE decks to take a long, relaxing soak in the hot tub. The house is wrapped with 3000 square feet of decking and lots of trees and views beyond. If you wish to stay in or enjoy some home entertainment after a great meal in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, slip downstairs to our huge family room, complete with pool table, tv, bar and more comfy sofas. There's even more windows here to enjoy the views while cueing up.
Our neighborhood in Homestead is filled with hiking trails, mountain streams, wildlife, and beautiful mountain drives. White water rafting, horseback rides, fishing, and of course shopping, theme parks, and incredible food abound nearby. Our home is a true log home and has been lovingly built and decorated by us with fine materials and furnishings in a mountain retreat theme.
